We make the ordered product available to you 8-12 weeks after receipt of payment.

Prices :

• Delivery throughout Luxembourg €150 excluding VAT. Delivery at the bottom of the truck to the delivery address if easily accessible for 20 m³ trucks is if accessible following weather and geographical conditions otherwise for delivery at the bottom of the truck taken care of by the customer at the nearest address easily accessible by the truck which will be communicated by the carrier on the day of delivery.
• Support for doorstep delivery by LUXBED at €150 excluding VAT to be paid directly to the carrier.

Delivery is by appointment. Your package is left in front of your home :

• To your portal for a house,
• At the foot of your building for a building.

Deadline :

The carrier will contact you within 24/72 hours after dispatch of your order to agree on a delivery day (indicative time for delivery to mainland Luxembourg).

Delivery zone :

Delivery and assembly possible throughout Luxembourg.

To note :

In all cases, please ensure that the furniture fits through the openings and/or that the stairs are large enough to accommodate the furniture..

The delivery address (which may be different from the billing address) must be accurate and include all the details necessary for proper delivery..

Before picking up your package, check the condition of the exterior packaging of your package. If you notice damage to the packaging, we invite you to refuse the package or report it quickly to our customer service..
